We started Shield Edge because Dubai homeowners deserve better than a quick patch and a crossed-fingers hope it holds. Who We Are

Shield Edge was founded on a simple frustration: too many property owners were paying for repairs that didn’t actually fix anything, patched symptoms, repeat callouts, and no real accountability. We built this company to do it differently: inspect first, diagnose the real cause, then fix it properly and put it in writing. We’re a young company, but not a young team. Our people bring more than 10 years of experience across roofing, waterproofing, and property maintenance in Dubai, and that experience goes into every job we take on.

Experience and Credentials

Shield Edge is a licensed Dubai LLC, and we carry comprehensive insurance covering the work we do, including roof work, work at height, electrical work, and water damage, so you’re protected as well as us. We’re a new company, but not a new team. Our people bring more than 10 years of combined experience in property maintenance and construction across Dubai. For waterproofing and heatproofing work, we use materials from established manufacturers including Sika, Fosroc, MAPEI, Dow, and Tengyu.

Founders

Shield Edge is led by Nikita Panasov, and Ibragim Zavgaev, two founders with hands-on repair experience across roofing, plumbing, and electrical work, the kind you only build by being on-site and fixing the problem yourself. We are passionate about getting the job right, easygoing to work with, and always thinking ahead about better materials, smarter processes, and building a company that lasts.
