What We Get Asked Most Before a Job Starts
Straight answers to the questions we hear most from our clients across Dubai.
Yes. Every job starts with an inspection so we can identify the actual cause of the problem, not just the visible symptom, before recommending a repair or giving you a price.
Every property and issue is different, so we don’t quote blind. After the inspection, you’ll receive a clear, fixed-price written quote covering the scope of work, materials, and timeline, valid for 30 days, before any work begins.
For roof waterproofing, heatproofing, and renovation projects, on-site inspections are free. For plumbing, electrical, and HVAC callouts, a 150 AED call-out fee applies, waived if you go ahead with the work against our quote.
Yes. Roof waterproofing and heatproofing work comes with a 10-year labor warranty; materials are covered separately by the manufacturer’s warranty. Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and renovation work carries a 12-month workmanship warranty, scoped to the specific problem we fixed.
A longer number isn’t automatically better coverage. Some warranties that long only apply to one specific failure mode, like leaks, on one product line, with materials and other damage excluded, so the real coverage can be narrower than it sounds. Our 10-year warranty covers our labor across the full waterproofing or heatproofing installation, with materials covered separately by the manufacturer’s own warranty. We’d rather publish a number we can back in full than a bigger one with fine print.
If it traces back to our workmanship, we fix it at no extra cost. Waterproofing and heatproofing jobs also include one free annual check-in to catch small issues before they become bigger ones.
Regular callouts are scheduled the same day where possible; genuine emergencies get a response within 2 hours. We read and reply to every message ourselves, not through a call center. Contact us by WhatsApp or phone with the details.

We provide services across Dubai for villas, homes, offices, warehouses, and commercial properties.
Yes. We handle residential and commercial properties, including villas, apartments, offices, retail units, warehouses, and facility-managed spaces.
Roof waterproofing, roof heatproofing, plumbing, electrical repairs, AC/HVAC servicing, and full renovation management, all with the same inspection-led approach to find the actual cause before recommending a fix.
Waterproofing stops water getting in; heatproofing reduces how much heat transfers into the building through the roof. Many coating systems handle both, but we assess your roof for each separately during inspection.
It depends on the type of work. Roof waterproofing, heatproofing, and renovation projects require a 30% deposit at signing, with the remaining 70% due on completion (immediately for residential, within 14 days for commercial). Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work has no deposit — full payment is due on completion, on the same residential/commercial timing. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and cheque, with a receipt or invoice for every payment.
Yes, in writing, any time before work starts. If materials haven’t been ordered yet, you’ll get your deposit back in full. If materials have already been bought, that cost — along with any labor hours or other project costs already incurred — is deducted from your refund where it isn’t recoverable. Once work has started, refunds aren’t available unless we’ve failed to deliver what was agreed.
Not always. We use inspection methods to narrow down the likely source first, and only open up a wall, floor, or ceiling where it’s necessary to confirm or access the leak.
Yes. All electrical work is carried out to DEWA safety standards by qualified electricians.
Yes. We coordinate all trades involved — structural, roof, plumbing, electrical, and finishing work — under one project plan and one point of contact, so you’re not managing multiple contractors yourself.
It depends on your roof’s drainage, exposure, and how it’s used. Silicone performs best where standing water is a factor, while polyurethane suits roofs with heavy foot traffic. We recommend the right system during inspection rather than defaulting to one product.
