The figures below are indicative price ranges based on typical residential and commercial projects across Dubai, exclusive of VAT. A site inspection allows us to provide an accurate quotation with the right materials and scope of work. The inspection fee is waived if you go ahead with the job.

Roof waterproofing, as a guide, typically runs AED 130–390 per m². That’s a wide range on purpose — the right price depends heavily on the material selected (silicone or polyurethane) and the purpose of the project, from a straightforward re-coat to a full system with multiple drains, upstands, and penetrations. Your on-site inspection narrows this down to one fixed, accurate price.
