Payment Terms

Deposit & Balance Payment

Roof waterproofing, roof heatproofing, and renovation projects: a 30% deposit is due at signing, with the remaining 70% due on completion — immediately for residential/private projects, within 14 days for commercial/business projects.

Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC projects: no deposit required. Full payment is due on completion — immediately for residential/private projects, within 14 days for commercial/business projects.

Changes to Scope or Cost

If we find additional work is needed once we’re on site, or material costs change significantly, we’ll let you know and get your approval before any extra cost is added. You won’t be charged for anything beyond the agreed quote without confirming it with you first.

Pricing & VAT

All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. 5% VAT is added at invoicing, in line with UAE tax law, and you’ll receive a valid tax invoice for every payment.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept bank transfer, credit card, and cheque. We would like to avoid cash for anything beyond small amounts — it’s harder to track and doesn’t protect either of us if there’s a dispute. You’ll get a receipt or invoice for every payment.

Late or Missed Payments

If a payment is missed, we may pause work until it’s sorted out.

Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel in writing any time before work starts. If we haven’t ordered materials yet, you’ll get your deposit back in full. If materials have already been bought, that cost is deducted from your refund where it isn’t recoverable, along with any labor hours or other project related costs already incurred. Once work has started, refunds aren’t available unless we’ve failed to deliver what we agreed to.

Financing

We offer financing through a third-party provider, subject to their terms and conditions.

Governing Law

These payment terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai.
